The conference fee for the Avaya Technology Forum is priced at $475 per person. This full conference registration provides access to all aspects of the conference, including keynote and plenary sessions, workshops, exhibits, all meals, breaks, and receptions. The conference fee does not include travel, lodging, or the off-site dinner on Tuesday evening.

Shared Ride Shuttle:
Mears Motor Shuttle operates a non-exclusive, shared ride van shuttle from each of the terminals. No reservations are necessary as the shuttle departs throughout the day and evening, approximately every 40 minutes.
**Shuttle will make multiples stops between destinations.**
Cost:

Mears Motor Shuttle Online Discount
Through this website, you can prepay at the discounted rate for the Mears Motor Shuttle service then print the confirmation. This includes a bar code that you must take to any of the Mears kiosks located on Level 1 at either end of the rental car counters. You may use either the self-service kiosk or present the confirmation to the Customer Service Representative.
Once the confirmation is scanned, attendees will receive a 2-part ticket for the Mears Motor Shuttle, one for arrival and one for departure.
Taxi Service:
Taxis are available from the airport Level One and require no reservation for an approximate cost of $35.00-45.00 for a one-way trip. To request a taxi, please call 407-422-4222.
Exclusive Service:

Local Travelers:
For those conference guests who are traveling by car, you can park your vehicle per the lots offered at the Buena Vista Palace. On-site parking, fee: $18 USD daily. Valet parking, fee: $24 USD daily. Inquire at the Avaya Registration Desk about parking vouchers.
