About The Forum
The Avaya Executive Partner Forum is the most exclusive event for Avaya partners in the Americas. In three days, productive business sessions, high-level networking activities and presentations are held by Avaya senior leaders to help our Partners’ engagement and guidance for FY15.
Travel & Lodging Costs
Please note that all attendees are responsible for their hotel and airline costs. Partners can receive a reimbursement of 50% of their expenses for travel and lodging (during the dates of the forum) under the MDF program, in accordance with the process and policies of Avaya Connect and MDF.
Registration Process
Please register here as soon as possible to ensure that your hotel requests are met.
The deadline to register is Friday, December 19th.
Please plan on arriving on January 26th to join the Welcome Reception at 6:30 pm, and departing no earlier than January 29 in the afternoon as the event is scheduled to end at 1 pm.
Hotel Accommodations
Hotel accommodations will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Attendees are responsible for their hotel costs. Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort is an all-inclusive resort. The special all-inclusive rate for the Executive Partner Forum is USD $424 per night per person (taxes included) and is applicable between January 23rd - 31st, 2015 (3 days before & 3 days after the event). If you wish to bring an extra guest (either personal or professional colleague), there is an additional all-inclusive service fee of USD $232 per night, per person (taxes included). This fee applies for you and your extra guest, only if occupying the same room. Please note that the social and business activities of the Forum are not open to personal guests. If your extra guest is a professional colleague, he/she should have also received an Avaya invitation to attend the Forum as well. If you wish to extend your stay, please make arrangements with the resort.
