Ground Transportation

When you register for the forum, you will have the opportunity to indicate if you require ground transportation, which will be provided between Cancun International Airport and the Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort according to the following schedule:

Arrival:

• Monday, January 26 from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm

Once you exit the terminal, you will be met by a staff member of ITT Services holding a sign that says AVAYA. There will be many independent handlers offering transportation to the hotel; please use only ITT Services.

Departure

• Thursday, January 29, after 1:00 pm
• Friday, January 30 throughout the day

Shuttles will leave from the lobby of the hotel.

There is no free transportation provided outside of the event dates. If you are traveling outside of the scheduled arrival and departure dates and times, please feel free to reserve your own taxi at this website. Please note that this expense will not be reimbursed by Avaya.
